In 2021, Yatchine Michel was certified in advanced Mediation. After attending Seton Hall University, he completed his degree in Master of Arts. He graduated in 2016 with a BA, at Berkeley College in Criminal Justice. During his time coaching at Essex County College, Michel earned his Associates' Degree in Physical Education. Michel joined ASDVNJ (Association Sportive Des Veterans de New Jersey) as well as Union Soccer Club in 2020-2021; He helped coach both the youth and adult soccer program. In 2020 - 2021, Michel also managed to achieve two final championships in the North Newark Soccer Academy league. Prior to joining the men’s basketball team as an Assistant Coach in 2012 at Essex County College under Coach Cory Lowery, Michel's role and responsibilities on a day-to-day bases consist of study hall programs, scouting on campus talents, practice and game planning, collaboration with Academic Advisors, academic mentoring, consulting about recruits, and social development of student-athletes on the team he helped lead the Wolverines to a sterling 88-6 record (97.8 winning percentage) in the Garden State Athletic Conference (GSAC) play and an overall mark of 157-35 (81.8%) during his five years. He help Coach the men’s basketball team that won five consecutive GSAC Championships, five consecutive Region XIX Tournament Championships, five consecutive District 5 Championships, and made five consecutive appearances in the NJCAA Division II National Championship Tournament. In 1998, Yatchine Michel became Head Women’s Soccer Coach at Essex County College. He led the Lady Wolverines to their first NJCAA Division 1 (National Junior College Association of America) Region XIX Championship title in 2003. The following years, the Wolverines were runner up twice in the Region XIX; Michel's overall record is 64-41and 1 in NJCAA Tournament play at Essex. In 2003 he was armored Head Coach of the year.
Currently residing in Wilmington, NC, Darrell Dortch has over 3 decades in sports and youth player development. After starting his athletic carrer in high school football and track & field, Darrell took time away from sports to serve his country as a United States Marine, earning an Honorable Discharge as an E2 Private First Class. Later, Darrell attended Franklin University studying Health Care Administration. He continued his path in education graduating from the National Education Center (in Computer Electronics). Darrell went on to attend the Bergen County Institute for EMT training. Using his time and talents within his community, he stepped up to become the Assistant Head Coach for Carolina Panthers Pop Warner Team (ages 7-9 and 10 to 13). He also became a youth soccer coach, coaching and mentoring young athletes ages 8 to 16 years old. He joined the ownership group of Pro Ready Athletes LLC for the love of sports and wanting to give opportunities to America’s youth, helping them achieve their dreams of taking their talents to the next level. He is also Owner of Devil Dog Trucking LLC.
Khary K. Williams has a long history of working within the community. He started his life long love of athletics with 4 years sprinting on the track and field squad at Clifford J. Scott High School in East Orange, NJ. He continued his track and field collegiate career with another 2 years at Stockton University. While at Stockton, Khary also played in an organized football club, earning his Bachelor of Arts in the process. Later in 2011, he attended Kean University for Physical Education and Health. He continued to grow his experience in sports and athletics with a stint as an assistant coach and strength trainer for West Side high school in Newark, NJ from 2010 to 2014. Off the field Khary focused on growing his network of high level sports industry contacts and developing his business acumen. His ongoing involvement of sports and exercise have allowed him to realize that all athletes should have the chance to take their skills to the next level and he formed a company like Pro Ready Athletes LLC with his partners to help make every athletes' dreams a reality.
